By using our service, you are entering into an agreement with With Jacq Ltd, registered in London, United Kingdom.
By accessing our website, joining our waitlist, creating an account or using the With Jacq app, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full.
If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our service. We recommend saving or printing a copy of these terms for your records.

With Jacq provides an AI-powered personal styling platform that helps you organise your wardrobe, receive personalised outfit recommendations, understand what works for your body and lifestyle, and make more intentional decisions when shopping.
With Jacq is a styling app, not a medical service. However, we recognise that how a woman feels in her body — and what she needs from her wardrobe — changes. Whether you are navigating hormonal changes, managing a health condition, recovering postpartum, or simply having a day where comfort matters more than anything else, your wardrobe should still work for you.
With Jacq's lifestyle-aware features allow you to optionally share personal context so that your recommendations feel more human, more considered and more relevant to where you actually are — not just how you look. This is one of the things that makes With Jacq meaningfully different from any other styling app.

Where any lifestyle information you share could be considered sensitive personal data under UK GDPR, we process it only with your explicit consent, which you may withdraw at any time via your account settings.
With Jacq is currently in pre-launch. The waitlist is live and the app will be available on iOS and Android in 2026. We reserve the right to modify, suspend or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time, with reasonable notice where possible. We will not be liable for any modification, suspension or discontinuation of the service.
With Jacq is built on AI technology. We take our responsibility as an AI-powered company seriously — and we want to be transparent about how our technology works and the principles that guide it.
With Jacq's AI is built to be honest, helpful and safe. Our recommendations are designed to build genuine confidence — not to create insecurity, encourage overconsumption or manipulate purchasing behaviour. We believe AI in fashion should empower the individual, not exploit her.
While we strive for accuracy, AI recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees. Style is personal and subjective — our AI provides guidance based on the information you share with us. You remain in full control of every decision. We continuously improve our models and welcome feedback where our suggestions miss the mark.
With Jacq does not use dark patterns, artificial urgency, manipulative notifications or any design technique intended to override your rational decision-making. We are building technology that respects your intelligence and your time.
You agree to use With Jacq only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use of the service. You must not:

You retain ownership of all content you upload to With Jacq, including wardrobe images, photographs and personal style information ("Your Content").
By uploading content to With Jacq, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, process and display that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We do not claim ownership of Your Content and will not use it for any other purpose without your explicit consent.
You may delete your content and request full data erasure at any time. See our Privacy Policy for details.
With Jacq operates a freemium model. The core wardrobe organiser is free. Premium AI features are available on subscription.
Full access to all AI styling features, personalised style recommendations, smart shopping, AI Twin Try-On and enhanced Style Index and Review with Jacq experiences. Starting at £7.99/month for the first 300 founding members, for your first year, then £12.99/month. Annual billing is available at a discounted rate.
Waitlist members receive founding member pricing — £7.99/month for the first 300 founding members only, for your first year, then £12.99/month. This rate is secured before launch and will not be available to the general public after the first 300 spots are filled.
Under UK consumer law, digital services must be provided with reasonable care and skill. If our service falls below this standard, you have the right to request a repeat performance or a price reduction.
EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from digital service contracts. By requesting immediate access to the service, you acknowledge that the withdrawal period may be affected once the service has begun.
All intellectual property in the With Jacq platform — including the brand, logo, app design, user interface, AI models, algorithms, written content and technology — is owned by or licensed to With Jacq Ltd and is protected by UK and international intellectual property law.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of the With Jacq platform without our prior written consent.
The With Jacq name, logo and brand identity are trademarks of With Jacq Ltd. Unauthorised use is strictly prohibited.
With Jacq provides its service with care and to a professional standard. However, to the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for:
Liability cap: To the maximum extent permitted by law, With Jacq's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under or in connection with these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to With Jacq in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or £50 where no payments have been made.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a UK consumer. These terms do not limit any rights you have under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer law.
With Jacq integrates with carefully selected third-party services to power certain features — including payment processing, cloud infrastructure, analytics and AI technology providers. We are not responsible for the practices of these third parties, and their use of your data is governed by their own privacy policies.
The With Jacq app may contain links to third-party websites, retailers or products. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse any third-party product, service or content, and we accept no responsibility for third-party websites or their practices.
Any purchases you make through third-party retailers are entirely between you and that retailer. With Jacq is not party to those transactions.
You may close your account at any time by getting in touch. Upon account deletion, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached these terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if we are required to do so by law.
Upon termination, your licence to use the service ends immediately. Provisions of these terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, liability limitations and dispute resolution — will continue to apply.
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time as our service evolves or as required by law. When we make material changes, we will notify you by email (if you have an account) and update the version number and effective date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of With Jacq after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with updated terms, you may close your account at any time.
As With Jacq expands into new regions, these terms will be updated to reflect applicable laws in those markets. We are committed to maintaining fair, transparent and legally compliant terms in every market we operate in.

These terms are governed by English law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where applicable consumer law in your country of residence provides otherwise.
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless With Jacq, its officers, directors, employees and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:
We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defence of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defence of such claim.
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
If you are a consumer resident in another jurisdiction, you may also have the benefit of mandatory consumer protection laws that apply in your country of residence. Nothing in this clause affects your rights under such laws.
UK consumer rights are protected under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. These terms do not limit any statutory rights you hold as a UK consumer.
EU consumers may also rely on the mandatory consumer protection laws of their country of residence and may bring proceedings in their local courts.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute with us informally by contacting us at getting in touch. We will endeavour to resolve any complaint or dispute within 30 days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to attempt mediation through a mutually agreed mediator before resorting to litigation. The costs of mediation shall be shared equally unless otherwise agreed.
Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
UK consumers may also refer disputes to the relevant Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) scheme. We will notify you of any applicable ADR scheme at the time a dispute arises.
With Jacq shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations under these terms where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Where a force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate the agreement by giving written notice to the other. We will refund any pre-paid fees on a pro-rata basis for the period during which the service was unavailable.
All intellectual property rights in and to the With Jacq platform, including but not limited to the software, AI models, algorithms, database structures, brand assets, visual design, written content and styling intelligence outputs, are and shall remain the exclusive property of With Jacq or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these terms. This licence does not include any right to:
Any content you upload to the platform (such as wardrobe photographs) remains your property. By uploading such content, you grant With Jacq a limited, royalty-free licence to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the service to you. We will not use your personal wardrobe data for advertising, profiling or any purpose other than delivering the service.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as a class, collective, consolidated or representative action.
You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against With Jacq. If any court or arbitrator determines that this class action waiver is unenforceable for any reason, then the dispute resolution clause above shall not apply and the dispute must be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction.
This clause does not apply to the extent it conflicts with mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. EU and UK consumers retain their right to collective redress mechanisms where provided by applicable law.
